The inventory is constantly changing and we cannot control it completely due to the fact that several parties are involved, which includes our factory and warehouse. The stock can change at any moment. It is possible that you will not receive your order once it's been placed.
The policy is for 30 days. If you haven't received your item within the 30 days period, we're not able to provide a refund or an exchange.
You can only return an item if it is unused and still in the same condition as the day you received it. The item must be in the original packaging.
